          We will gladly accepts returns on original priced merchandise for STORE CREDIT ONLY minus a 20% RESTOCKING FEE to cover the shipping cost, credit card charges, packaging, handling and time garment was out of stock. You will need to contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE, return all items in the SAME CONDITION you RECEIVED them, with the TAGS STILL ATTACHED and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  Items are to be returned INSURED with a TRACKING NUMBER and POST MARKED within 48 HOURS of CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE.  We do not refund the costs of any return shipping.

          We ship all packages insured with a tracking number and know the date you receive it.  If items are returned without return authorization code, have been worn, tags removed or in any condition other then the way it was sent, we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange. 

 

NOTE:

All SALE/COUPON items are sold as FINAL SALE and are therefore not returnable.
All selection of $150.00 or less are sold as FINAL SALE and are therefore not returnable. 

NOTE:

Any items returned, dated after 48 hours of receipt of package and/or with no return authorization code will incur a 50% restocking fee which will be deducted from your store credit.

We are unable to accept returns on International Orders due to custom fees.

All items are inspected and numerous photographs taken before being shipped.  So we know the condition it left in and expect it to be returned in that same condition.

We accept no responsibility for packages DAMAGED during transit in either direction and any claims will need to be filed by you with company that delivered your purchase(s).
